Data collected
Information submitted via the quote form (name, e-mail, contact details, technical files) is used solely to process your request. This site does not use tracking cookies. No personal data is collected without your consent.
Document confidentiality
Drawings and technical documents received remain strictly confidential. They are transmitted to Tec-Joux management and stored securely, and are never shared with third parties.
Transfer to third parties
Data is processed by the following technical providers: Cloudflare (hosting and R2 storage), Resend (email delivery), Telegram (internal alert). They act as processors and do not reuse your data.
Retention period
Quote requests and attachments are kept while processing, then archived in accordance with our legal obligations and quality procedures.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to info@tec-joux.ch.
